Cancel purchase – open your order
How to do it
- Open your order via the button above. Log in using the same email address you used for your purchase and the one-time code sent to your email. No password is required.
- Select the order and the items you wish to cancel.
- Select cancellation for an item that has not yet been shipped, or return for an item that has been shipped. Please feel free to state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
- Complete the request. You will receive an automatic confirmation via email that it has been submitted. We will follow up with information on how your case will be handled and any return instructions.
Do you need help, or is an option missing from your order? You can also notify us at info@04tretton.se. Please include your order number and the items it concerns. You do not need to wait for our approval to submit a notice of withdrawal.
Time limit and return shipping
For standard products, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies, calculated from the day after you received the last item in the order. If the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period is extended to the next business day. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item. You are responsible for the return shipping costs when withdrawing. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Personalized designs and claims
Items manufactured according to your personal instructions or with a clear personal touch, such as a Custom lid with your own unique design, are generally not covered by the right of withdrawal. We review such requests manually. Pre-made WOWKEWL designs have a standard right of withdrawal, even if they are manufactured to order. Your right to file a claim for a defective item remains unaffected.
